Planned Community Developers (PCD) announces the renewed lease of 2150 Town Square Place, Suite 600, in Sugar Land Town Square, to Amica Mutual Insurance Company.   The 22,721-square-foot lease will provide office space for Amica, a national provider of personal insurance products.
