Planned Community Developers (PCD) announced the recent lease of 2150 Town Square Place, Suite 395, in Sugar Land Town Square to Healix Infusion Therapy, LLC.
The 7,575-square-foot lease will provide office space for Healix Infusion Therapy, one of the nation’s leaders in providing physician office-based infusion services.
Healix provides a spectrum of infusion management services, including drug procurement services, comprehensive infusion center services with nursing and pharmacy, and revenue cycle services.
Sugar Land Town Square was represented by R. Donald Janssen, Jr. of PCD while Bryant Lach of JLL represented Healix Infusion Therapy.
Most recently, Healix Infusion Therapy leased space located at 1330 Industrial Blvd. in Sugar Land.
