Planned Community Developers (PCD) announces the renewed lease of 2150 Town Square Place, Suite 600, in Sugar Land Town Square, to Amica Mutual Insurance Company.
The 22,721-square-foot lease will provide office space for Amica, a national provider of personal insurance products.
Amica was originally founded in 1907. It has 27 locations, nationwide, and it also owns a number of subsidiary insurance companies.
Sugar Land Town Square was represented by R. Donald Janssen Jr. of PCD, while Randy Wilhelm of PCR Brokerage Houston, LLC represented Amica.
