Corbin Janssen Appointed to Senior Vice President

With a 40-year legacy in the Houston region, PCD is thrilled to welcome Corbin Janssen as Senior Vice President. In this role, Corbin will spearhead identifying and evaluating new investment and development opportunities, locally and regionally, while participating in the sale, lease, and development of PCD’s growing portfolio.

“Corbin’s arrival marks an exciting chapter for PCD as we embark on a new era of development. Our success lies in the recruitment of dynamic, experienced leaders like Corbin who are dedicated to pioneering innovative projects and serving our communities.”
– Don Janssen, President, PCD –

Corbin’s appointment coincides with PCD’s announcement of their latest project, Lake Pointe Plaza, a 53-acre mixed-use development in Sugar Land. As Senior Vice President, Corbin will strategically assess new projects, leveraging his extensive commercial and industrial real estate broker background. His focus will be on high-density mixed-use projects, corporate office campuses, retail developments, and medical and industrial buildings, all aimed at enhancing the quality of life for residents through partnerships with governing authorities and agencies.

Before joining PCD, Corbin was an industrial real estate developer at Bryant Stacy Group. There, he identified target markets across Texas and the southern region of the United States for the development and ground-up construction of speculative industrial distribution projects. Corbin also held key broker roles at CBRE and Colliers International, specializing in office and industrial tenant representation, building and investment acquisitions, and dispositions for local, regional, and global corporations. Corbin received his B.A. from Baylor University.
