Wende has been with PCD since 2003 and joined PCD specifically to expand the management services division for PCD beyond leasing and construction and providing personal attention to PCD owned investments. Wende’s background consists of 4+ decades of experience in commercial property management with portfolios and responsibilities that have included high-rise office, retail, multi-family, parking facilities, public parks, event production, association management, construction – tenant improvements and capital projects, architectural review oversight, bookkeeping services, and project management.
During her tenure, PCD has developed key assets such as Sugar Land Town Square and Lake Pointe Shopping Center where Wende was involved from initial construction to point of contact for new ownership when these assets were sold and PCD was retained for 3rd party management. The longevity of these client accounts is reflective of the PCD boutique style management and strength of our team. Wende prioritizes staff development and actively encourages team member growth through training and professional development.
Wende completed her master’s degree in 2019 in Management and Leadership. She is a member of various real estate organizations and actively involved in the community in the following capacity:

Wende has been married to her husband, Dale, since 2001 and has 3 fur babies – Charlie, Rocky, and Bella.
