Savannah Brown serves as Sales & Leasing Associate for Planned Community Developers (PCD), supporting leasing, marketing, and development initiatives across the company’s portfolio. She works closely with clients and brokers to provide information on available space, conduct property tours, and manage lease documentation. Savannah also assists with brand administration, presentation materials, and community engagement efforts, including budget oversight and event participation.
Before joining PCD in May 2024, she gained valuable experience in marketing and administrative support roles that strengthened her organizational and client service skills. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Texas at Tyler.
