Garrett is a real estate analyst at PCD, where he supports due diligence, financial analysis and investment assessments within the real estate sector.
During his time with the Sewell Family of Companies in Odessa, TX, Garrett gained experience managing operations and tenant acquisition for Parks Legado Town Center, a multi-tenant retail center. He was also involved in the early development of La Estancia, a private country club, where he contributed to financial analysis and design considerations.
Garrett earned a Master of Real Estate from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, where he also received his bachelor’s degree in supply chain management and a certification in applied ethical leadership.
An avid outdoorsman, Garrett enjoys sporting dogs, golf, traveling and Texas A&M Football.
