Don has been with PCD for 43 years and has been involved in all aspects of development beginning with the 10K acre master planned First Colony community. Don’s expertise includes master planning, land sales, leasing and complex mixed-use-oriented development transactions and he has personally been involved with the development of some 3M SF. In addition, as a long-standing and active member of the community, Don maintains strong governmental relationships and working knowledge of critical components within local jurisdictions of benefit to achieving development goals.
During his tenure, PCD also completed multiple office, retail and industrial projects with its current emphasis being mixed-use commercial. Residentially, in addition to First Colony, PCD developed the 336-acre Rivers Edge master planned community in Richmond, Texas which included some 1,000 homes and 20 acres of commercial development.
Most recent projects include development of high density, mixed-use projects including the 1.4M SF of the Sugar Land Town Square development, completion of the 190-acre Lake Pointe Town Center mixed-use development, development of a 165,000 SF office project for Texas Instruments, development of a 50 acre site for River Pointe Church and 53.88 acres of Lake Pointe Plaza redevelopment.

Don has been happily married for 45 years and has been blessed with two children and six grandchildren.
