Corbin began his career in commercial brokerage in 2011 at Colliers International in Sugar Land with a focus on office and industrial Tenant and Landlord representation, along with building and investment acquisitions and dispositions for local, regional, and global corporations. In 2015, Corbin transitioned to the Houston office of Colliers International and narrowed his focus to office and industrial brokerage. While at Colliers International, Corbin achieved the top revenue split “Titan Award”. In 2019, Corbin joined CBRE in Houston where he worked with a top office brokerage team to manage corporate real estate portfolios. Corbin’s time in commercial brokerage allowed him the opportunity to personally transact over 400 real estate transactions.
Most recently, at Bryant Stacy Group (formerly Simpkins Group) Corbin identified target markets across Texas and the southern region of the United States for the development and ground up construction of speculative industrial distribution projects. Corbin’s responsibilities included land acquisitions, the pre-development and entitlement process, private equity and institutional joint venture partnership structuring, construction debt evaluation, the architectural design planning process, civil engineering planning and construction management.
Corbin Janssen joined PCD in September 2023. In partnership with Don Janssen, Corbin is responsible for identifying and evaluating new investment and development opportunities locally and regionally, while participating in the sale, lease, and development of PCD’s growing portfolio. Collectively, the emphasis centers around the development and ownership of high-density mixed-use projects, corporate office campuses, retail projects, medical and industrial buildings, with the intention to improve the quality of life for residents of local communities through relationships with governing authorities and agencies.

Corbin has been married to his wife, LeeAnn, since April 2018 and has two sons, Waylon and Winston. Corbin enjoys golf, fly fishing, and anything with a motor, but ideally a Porsche 911 GT3.
